A former Super Eagles goalkeeper and trainer, Joe Erico is dead.
The 72-year-old died after a brief illness.
His wife, Mosunmola, was quoted to have said that the footballer had recovered after three days but relapsed on Wednesday night.
She added that he was unresponsive when she tried waking him up this morning.
