The people of Orlu Local government were scared and shocked after the Nigerian army personnels landed to retaliate because of the Herdsmen sent away by the Eastern security network.
As reported, the soldiers were seen shooting sporadically at civilians in the state while the Eastern security network shot back, this causing the loss of lives and properties. The government of Imo State is yet to confirm and give a vivid report of who ordered the soldiers to shoot.

Shortly after the video of the shooting caused reactions online, the Arewa Youths and forum have sent a strong message via their Twitter account. The message read thus, “IPOB are nothing but terrorists”.
